Taunton's Riverhouse is a hit with diners
If you've been by the Riverhouse here in Taunton on any given night, it's been busy. Crowds have been drawn to the Weir Village restaurant since it opened in Nov. 2020. Owner Cheryl Latour are keeping hungry diners satisfied while giving back to the Taunton community: they're involved with a number of local charities, which are also boosted by the restaurants igloo bookings. Sports
For the second year in a row, the Taunton High boys basketball team will have at least a share of the Hockomock League’s Kelley-Rex title. The Tigers (16-2) came from behind to beat Mansfield (15-4) at home 56-46 Tuesday night to claim at least a share of the Kelley-Rex crown, with the ability to win the title outright Friday night against Milford.
In the latest Stars of the Day, the Bridgewater-Raynham and Bristol-Plymouth boys basketball teams clinched playoff berths. Gazette Sports Reporter Cameron Merritt has all the latest local scores and stats, right here.
