New monkeypox vaccine trials underway at UCSD, could increase vaccine supply for at-risk groups

The University of California at San Diego is one of eight sites across the country working to see if those who are most at-risk for acquiring monkeypox can still be inoculated with a lower dosage vaccine and still maintain the same immune response. If such is the case, it means the current monkeypox vaccine supply can be spread out to more people at risk.
