Oct. 27—Built in 1965, the four-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath rancher at 12024 Weller Road, Monrovia, closed at $1.5 million. The list price was $1.3 million.

The property includes approximately 70 acres in two parcels. The home has a new roof and other exterior upgrades were recently completed.
