Montana coronavirus update: 137 new cases, 3 hospitalized with virus at Benefis

Benefis posted their COVID-19 numbers on Facebook with three hospitalizations with all three vaccinated.

Montana posted 137 new COVID-19 cases on Monday. The state’s total active confirmed reports is 605.

There are 17 active hospitalizations and 3,373 total deaths, according to covid19.mt.gov.

Five new and 27 active cases have been reported in Cascade County.

Of the state’s eligible population, 55% are fully vaccinated. Of the county’s eligible population, 51% are fully immunized against the virus.

The first case of COVID-19 in Montana was reported on March 11, 2020.

Gallatin County reported 36 new cases, bringing the county to 152 active reports. Missoula County has 24 new and 127 active confirmed cases. Flathead County reports 22 new COVID-19 cases and 38 active. Yellowstone County now has 16 new cases and 96 active. Lewis and Clark County reports nine new cases and 23 active.
