Monterrey Officials Help Stranded Driver Navigate Storm Hanna Flooding

Several people were reported missing and multiple structures damaged by Monday, July 27, after Storm Hanna moved across northern Mexico, according to local media.

At least four people were missing from Nuevo Leon and Tamaulipas, the Mexican states most affected by the storm, reports said. Houses and hospitals were also reportedly damaged.
