Montgomery police ID man found shot to death on Carmichael Road early Friday

Police opened a death investigation after a shooting left a man dead along Carmichael Road.

Capt. Saba Coleman said medics and officers responded to the 4100 block of Carmichael Road about 1 a.m. Friday after a report was made about the injured man.

The man, identified as 26-year-old Keith Mushat, was pronounced dead at the scene, Coleman said.

The circumstances of Mushat's death remains under investigation, Coleman said.
