Montgomery Public Schools go all-virtual Jan. 18-21; all students required to participate

Montgomery Public Schools will close schools and shift to virtual learning Jan. 18 through Jan 21.

Schools will reopen for in-person learning on Jan. 24, according to a message sent to parents on Wednesday afternoon.

Teachers will conduct virtual classes and all students are expected to participate.

Bulk meal pickup will be available at all school sites from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Jan. 18, according to the MPS website.

When students return to in-person learning, MPS will follow the updated five-day quarantine guidelines from the CDC, according to the MPS website.
