Monthly Courageous Conversation set for Monday

Jul. 21—JANESVILLE — This month's Courageous Conversation program will be held at 5:30 p.m. Monday, July 26, over Zoom. The program's theme will be "Red Summer: Race massacres in America."

The program will focus on violence perpetrated against Black Americans in 1919. Unmoderated discussion will be offered after the program at 7 p.m.

Participants who have previously registered must do so again to provide demographic information for YWCA Rock County to provide funding partners a profile range of participants to secure funding for community programs.

Courageous Conversations is sponsored by Community Action Inc. of Rock and Walworth counties, Diversity Action Team of Rock County, and YWCA Rock County.
