Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) developer MOONTON Games has partnered with ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) to release the special limited-edition MLBB-themed ROG Phone 6 and 6D featuring the hero Yuzhong.

This partnership also comes after ROG was announced as the official sponsor for the upcoming M5 World Championship, this year's MLBB world championship tournament that will be hosted in the Philippines in December.

The ROG Phone 6 and 6D MLBB M5 Special Edition phones are equipped with the latest processors with a revolutionary 165 Hz display. The ROG Phone 6 features a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 Mobile Platform while the ROG Phone 6D comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ processor.

Both phones also come with 16 GB of LPDDR5 memory, an advanced cooling system, a powerful battery, and AirTrigger 6 controls for a console-like gaming experience.

The MLBB-themed editions also come with an exclusive gift box that consists of a Yu Zhong Devilcase, an MLBB badge holder, an MLBB screen-cleaning cloth, and an AeroActive Cooler 6 external cooler.

The ROG Phone 6 and 6D MLBB M5 Special Edition phones will be available in Malaysia and Indonesia from 12 October and in the Philippines from 25 October in official ASUS stores.

The release of the MLBB-themed ROG phones precedes the last leg of the 2023 MLBB esports season, which features the two biggest international MLBB tournaments of the year: the ONE Esports MPL Invitational (MPLI) in November and the M5 World Championship in December.

The MPLI will be hosted in Jakarta, Indonesia from 15 to 19 November and features 16 teams from all across the world fighting for their cut a US$100,000 prize pool.

Meanwhile, the M5 World Championship will be in December in the Philippines and features 22 of the best MLBB teams in the world fighting for the lion's share of a US$900,000 prize pool and the right to call themselves MLBB world champions.

The M5 World Championship proper will be preceded by a Wildcard Stage in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in late November before the tournament itself kicks off in the Philippines.
