Moosic PD look for suspects in several thousand-dollar retail thefts

MOOSIC, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU)— The Moosic Borough Police Department has asked the public for help in identifying two people believed to have stolen thousands of dollars worth of goods from Gerrity’s.

Man charged after allegedly threatening others with AK-47 in Scranton

According to police, the two people shown in the photos below are suspects in the theft.

Officers say the two people entered the Gerrity’s on Birney Avenue on Saturday around 6:00 p.m.

Investigators have not said what was stolen, but they did value the stolen products in the thousands.

Police ask anyone with any information regarding the identity of the two people above to message them on their Facebook page or call them at (570) 457-7269.

India's Agnikul launches 3D-printed rocket in sub-orbital test after initial delays
After two years of preparation and four delays over the past several months due to technical glitches, Indian space startup Agnikul has successfully launched its first sub-orbital test vehicle, powered by its unique 3D-printed rocket engines, space agency Indian Space Research Organisation said Thursday. Called Agnibaan SOrTeD (Sub-Orbital Technology Demonstrator), the single-stage launch vehicle lifted off Thursday morning local time from the startup's mobile launchpad at the Satish Dhawan Space Center on South India's Sriharikota island. Data from the test flight will contribute to the development of the startup's Agnibaan commercial orbital launch vehicle.
