More than 70% of Russians support war against Ukraine, according to survey
After two months of war against Ukraine, 74% of Russians support Russia's invasion of Ukraine and the actions of Russia’s occupation forces.
Only 19% of respondents said they did not support the actions of Russia.
At the same time, 39% of representatives of the aggressor country said they were not following events in Russia’s war on Ukraine.

Mostly Russians responded that they were “worried” about the war in Ukraine. This was stated by 82% of respondents. At the same time, 6% of Russians said they were afraid of the “Nazis”, 5% were worried that the war could spread to the territory of Russia, 4% said that they were concerned about sanctions.
At the same time, 68% of Russians believe that the war against Ukraine is going well and everything is going “as planned” (27%).
In addition, 73% of Russians are confident of victory, and 57% of respondents blame NATO and the United States for the murders of civilians and destruction of Ukrainian cities.
The Levada Center survey was conducted on Apr. 21-27 among 1,616 Russians aged 18.
The study was conducted through personal interviews at the respondent's home.
The margin of error does not exceed: 3.4% for indicators close to 50%, 2.9% for indicators close to 25% / 75%, 2.0% for indicators close to 10% / 90%, and 1.5% for indicators close to 5% / 95%.
