More than 900 Duke Energy customers without power in Martinsville
8:10 p.m. update: According to Duke’s website, power has been restored to all but 8 customers.
MARTINSVILLE — Duke Energy is reporting more than 900 customers in the Martinsville area are without power.
According to Duke's website, the outage was first reported at 3:09 p.m. Saturday.

At about 4:15 p.m., there were 937 customers without power in Martinsville in neighborhoods around the Ohio Street and I-69 interchange.
Crews are currently listed as "enroute" and power is anticipated to be restored about 6:30 p.m. Saturday.
