More arsons in Fallstaff, police continue investigation

Baltimore police investigating a string of arsons are asking for the public's help to identify a person seen on video. Police said they are seeking to identify a person seen on video from the rear alley in the 3600 block of Clarinth Road on Sept. 5-6. Investigators believe the person is also responsible for several other recent fires throughout the Fallstaff neighborhood. As of Tuesday, arson detectives were investigating 12 fires within the Northwestern District, 10 of which have been ruled to be arson.
