More proof the Steelers are the best pass-rushing team in the NFL
If you had any doubts about who the best pass-rushing team is in the NFL over the last five seasons, this should take care of that. Sometimes you come across some stats that just stand out so much, that you have to wonder if they are real. CBS Sports gave us one.
The Steelers have topped 50 sacks every season for the past five, which is impressive on its own. But then when you put that streak against the rest of the league, it provides some crazy perspective. No team during that same five-year stretch has topped 50 sacks more than once.

It’s no coincidence that this streak of 50+ sacks started the same year the Steelers drafted outside linebacker T.J. Watt in the first round of the 2017 NFL draft. Watt has established himself as the best pass rusher in the league and tied the single-season record last year with 22.5
