More rainy cold fronts headed to Corpus Christi this week. Here's what to expect
Don't put that raincoat away just yet.
A pair of weak cold fronts will bring more rain and cool temperatures to South Texas throughout the work week, according to the National Weather Service in Corpus Christi.
Things are expected to warm up on Tuesday with a high near 66 and a low around 50 that night. A cold front Tuesday night will bring clouds and isolated showers.
Wednesday is predicted to have a high near 61 and a low around 47 at night.
Rain chances will continue on Thursday with a high near 59 and a low around 45 at night.
The weather will begin to clear up for the weekend as another cold front will push through the area on Friday. Friday will be mostly sunny with a high near 60 and a low around 38 at night.
A light freeze will be possible by Saturday morning across much of the region, the NWS said.
Saturday and Sunday will be sunny and clear with highs in the mid- to high 60s.
