Rising country star Morgan Wallen has "supersized" his upcoming “One Night at a Time World Tour.”

That means he'll play two nights at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford this spring. A May 19, 2023, show has been added to his previously announced May 20 concert, and tickets for both shows go on sale to Verified Fans starting Wednesday, Dec. 7 through Ticketmaster.

Parker McCollum, Ernest, and Bailey Zimmerman will be the opener at MetLife. Ticket prices have not been released.

Wallen's hits include "You Proof," "Don't think Jesus," "Wasted On You" and "7 Summers." The Tennessee native got his start on TV's "The Voice" and has released two hit albums since then, "If I Know Me" and "Dangerous: The Double Album."

“Man, what a year 2022 has been with the Dangerous Tour," said Wallen in a statement. "I had the time of my life, and I cannot begin to express how grateful I am that my fans connected with the 'Dangerous' album the way they did. I’ve had so many people ask me if I wanted to take some time off but the truth is I have been writing and making so much music in my off-time because I feel as inspired as I ever have. It feels like new songs are pouring out of me, and I love that feeling. We are going to run it back next year with the One Night at a Time World Tour. Bigger venues. New countries. Bigger memories. See y’all there.”

Other area shows include June 17 at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia. Visit www.morganwallen.com for more information.

The Wallen shows will kickoff what's shaping up to be an active concert season at MetLife, with big acts playing multiple shows at the venue. Taylor Swift's big Eras Tour plays May 26, 27 and 28 at the stadium. Phoebe Bridgers opens all three shows. Primary tickets are not available, but they can be had on secondary sites starting around $400.

Brit troubadour Ed Sheeran plays two shows, June 10 and 11, at MetLife. Tickets start at $95 for the upper level. Khalid and Dylan are the openers.

Openers are Pantera, featuring Jackson's Zakk Wylde on guitar, and Mammoth WVH featuring Wolfgang Van Halen on night one, and Five Finger Death Punch and Ice Nine Kills on night two.

Metallica will have a different setlist for each show. Tickets for a two-show package start at $155. Single show tickets go on sale Jan 20 through Ticketmaster.
