MILWAUKEE – Morning news anchor Pauleen Le has left Milwaukee's WDJT-TV (Channel 58) for a reporter post at WCCO-TV in Minneapolis.

Le, who is from Eagan, Minnesota, joined Channel 58 as a weekend news anchor/reporter in 2018, and became one of Milwaukee's CBS affiliate station's morning news co-anchors in March 2020. The station's morning news runs for two additional hours on WMLW, also known as The M.

Le's last day at Channel 58 was March 18. She tweeted that she starts at WCCO in April.

Le's return to Minneapolis brings her full circle: She was an intern at WCCO in 2010, and according to her social media posts, was even interviewed by the station in 2006.

In between her internship and her arrival at Channel 58, Le worked as a reporter and reporter/anchor at WKBT-TV in La Crosse, WLUK-TV in Green Bay and WPTA-TV in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

This weekend was also the final Milwaukee signoff for another Milwaukee TV news anchor. Ben Wagner, who has been a weekend anchor and reporter at WISN-TV (Channel 12) since 2016, is leaving the station to pursue other interests, according to a spokesman for Channel 12.

In a Facebook post Sunday, Wagner said: "The truth is — I don’t know what’s next. I’m looking forward (to) traveling, spending more time with family and throwing some paint on a canvas. To steal a partial quote from one of my more memorable moments here — I’m not gonna lie, I’m borderline excited for what the future holds."

Last month, Channel 12 announced that Kristin Pierce will take his place as the station's weekend evening news anchor starting in late March.
