According to available information, a large number of wounded Russian soldiers are being admitted to medical facilities in the Russian-occupied parts of Ukraine.

About 100 wounded were admitted to one hospital in Donetsk this week, according to reports.

In the city of Tokmak in the Russian-occupied part of Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhya Oblast, the hospitals are overcrowded, according to information from local residents. Civilian admissions are not accepted in these hospitals due to the heavy workload of doctors and lack of beds.

Ukraine’s combat fatality rate is unknown.

According to recent studies, the combat fatality rate of U.S. forces in recent conflicts has been around 12%. In the Second World War, the rate was around 55%.
