“And this was only the first targeting (operation). And not 10, but 15 drones, and this is not 40 or 50 (drones) as they (Russians) launch every night. Therefore, it’s just the probing of Moscow’s air defenses. To be continued, I think.”

Moscow was allegedly attacked by drones early on May 30. Video of the drones showed one of them appeared to be a known Ukrainian type – the UJ55 strike drone. Others appeared similar to unidentified drones seen attacking the Russian city of Krasnodar on May 26.

According to the Russian Telegram messenger channel Baza, over a dozen drones were shot down in Moscow’s suburbs, while others reached the capital city itself, hitting three residential buildings.

At the same time, Russia launched another massive drone attack on the Ukrainian capital city of Kyiv overnight on May 30. This is already the 17th attack on the capital city in May and the third in the last 24 hours.
