“Glass” — Bruce Willis, Samuel L. Jackson, James McAvoy; directed by M. Night Shyamalan
M. Night Shyamalan’s “Unbreakable” and “Split” become entangled in the writer-director’s superhero thriller “Glass,” starring Samuel L. Jackson in the titular role as Mr. Glass, an incarcerated mass murderer.
Joining them in the adventure is Bruce Willis as David Dunn, a security guard capable of seeing the crimes people have committed. Plus, James McAvoy plays Kevin Wendell Crumb, a person with 24 different personalities.
In the new film, Glass holds the key to the existence of Dunn and Crumb in the world of super villains and superheroes.

“The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part” — Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Banks, Channing Tatum; directed by Mike Mitchell, Trisha Gum
Taking place five years after the events of the original movie, “The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part” shows the town of Bricksburg in a dystopian state, bereft of reason. But for Emmet (Chris Pratt), everything is seemingly normal— that is, until space invaders come to Earth. Will he be able to save their town and restore peace and order?

“How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World” — Jay Baruchel, America Fererra, Cate Blanchett; directed by Dean DeBlois
Jay Baruchel and America Fererra return to the final installment of the trilogy, reprising their roles as a couple of BFFs Hiccup and Astrid.
In “The Hidden World,” Hiccup is the new chief of the village of Berk. As he settles into his new role, excitement is in the air as the prospect of his marriage to Astrid is on the horizon. However, danger looms ahead, threatening their utopian way of life. Will the couple get married? Will Hiccup and his dragon Toothless be able to save Berk from this new threat?

“Captain Marvel” — Brie Larson, Gemma Chan, Samuel L. Jackson; directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck
Set in the 1990s, “Captain Marvel” is about the origins of superhero Captain Marvel and her alter-ego, Air Force pilot Carol Danvers, both embodied by Brie Larson.
As the 21st film of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), we expect “Captain Marvel” to shine a light on how the intergalactic world will survive the mass destruction orchestrated by the evil Thanos in “Avengers: Infinity War.”

“Dumbo” — Colin Farrell, Eva Green, Michael Keaton; directed by Tim Burton
Tim Burton helms the live-action remake of Disney’s beloved 1941 animated classic about a talented circus elephant. As a filmmaker known for his unique visual taste and style, we expect Burton’s brilliant artistry to pervade the film.

“Shazam!” — Zachary Levi, Mark Strong, Asher Angel; directed by David F. Sandberg
What if you could easily transform into a superhero on a whim? Well, that’s exactly the premise of this flick.
At the center of the story is 14-year-old Billy (Asher Angel), who can suddenly change into a grown superhero named Shazam (Zachary Levi) just by calling out, “Shazam!” But don’t be misguided — Billy will have to pay the price as he learns more about his alter-ego.

“Game of Thrones” director Neil Marshall helms the reboot of the “Hellboy” franchise, starring David Harbour in the titular role of a demon. Based on Mike Mignola’s graphic novel, the new horror-thriller shows Hellboy (Harbour) in an uphill battle against a powerful sorceress (Milla Jovovich), who is hell bent on settling a score.

“Avengers: Endgame” — Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson; directed by Anthony Russo and Joe Russo
Taking place after the events of “Infinity War,” this sequel picks up with half of the universe obliterated by Thanos. The Avengers, Earth’s mightiest heroes, must find a way to win the war against the evil titan before it’s too late for mankind. This time around, we will also see Ant-Man and Hawkeye return for the epic battle.

The “John Wick” saga continues with Keanu Reeves returning to his titular role of a hitman. “Rocketman” — Taron Egerton, Richard Madden, Bryce Dallas Howard; directed by John Reid
The Elton John biopic chronicles the formative years of the multi-talented musician (Taron Egerton) from his childhood years as a prodigy at the Royal Academy of Music up to his eventual, long-lasting partnership with Bernie Taupin (Jamie Bell). We can hardly wait to see and hear Egerton belt out the songs himself — especially the famous titular song.

“Aladdin” — Will Smith, Naomi Scott, Mena Massoud; directed by Guy Ritchie
Guy Ritchie makes his family-entertainment directorial debut in this live-action treatment of Disney’s 1992 animated classic, a love story between a street rat named Aladdin (Mena Massoud), and the spirited Princess Jasmine of Agrabah (Naomi Scott). Joining Ritchie in this adventure is Will Smith, who plays the Genie.

The 35th film in the “Godzilla” franchise is the sequel to the 2014 remake, “Godzilla.” Featuring “Kaiju” monsters, Rodan and King Ghidorah, this latest outing promises to keep fans on the edge of their seats.

“Dark Phoenix” — Sophie Turner, Jennifer Lawrence, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender; directed by Simon Kinberg
A follow-up film to 2016’s “X-Men: Apocalypse,” Simon Kinberg’s directorial debut centers on the character of Jean Grey (Sophie Turner), a mutant born with telepathic and telekinetic abilities— and a powerful gene that transforms her into the destructive Dark Phoenix. “Ford v. Ferrari” — Christian Bale, Matt Damon, Jon Bernthal; directed by James Mangold
Based on a true story, James Mangold’s action biopic follows the fierce rivalry between giant auto makers Ford and Ferrari to win the 24 Hours of Le Mans race in France in 1966.
In the film, Matt Damon plays Carroll Shelby, an automotive engineer, who, along with car racer Ken Miles (Christian Bale), takes on the massive responsibility of designing and building an automobile to win the coveted race. Do you hear the engines revving already? We do— and we can hardly wait for the trailer debut. Vroom! Vroom!

Spider-Man: Far From Home” — Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jake Gyllenhaal; directed by Jon Watts
Spoiler Alert: Yes! The movie takes place after the events of “Avengers: Endgame,” so we now know that Spider-Man survives the wrath of Thanos.
Tom Holland reprises his Spidey character in this sequel to 2017’s “Spider-Man: Homecoming.” Also returning for this latest outing is Jon Watts at the helm.
In the movie, Peter Parker spends his summer vacation in Europe, where his superhero alter-ego faces off against the super villain Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal).

“The Lion King” — Donald Glover, Beyoncé Knowles, Seth Rogen; directed by Jon Favreau
Following his highly successful live-action adaptation of Disney’s “The Jungle Book,” Jon Favreau is set to mesmerize us once again in his treatment of “The Lion King.”
Boasting an A-list cast led by Donald Glover as Simba and Beyonce Knowles-Carter as Nala, this movie could easily steal your hearts.

“Hobbs And Shaw” — Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham; directed by David Leitch
The movie serves as a spin-off of the “Fast and the Furious” franchise, starring Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham in the titular roles of Luke Hobbs and Deckard Shaw, respectively. The plot is still under wraps, but with David Leitch at the wheel, we expect the action sequences to be well-choreographed— or insane!— judging from his previous films, “Atomic Blonde” and “Deadpool 2.”

“You Are My Friend” — Tom Hanks; directed by Marielle Heller
The Fred Rogers biopic stars Tom Hanks as the host and creator of “Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood." We expect this movie to be so moving that a box of Kleenex will be a must-have. In the meantime, if you haven’t seen the Rogers documentary, “Won’t You Be My Neighbor?” we highly recommend it.

“Charlie’s Angels” — Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott, Ella Balinska; directed by Elizabeth Banks
Elizabeth Banks directs this new take on the 1970s/1980s TV hit series about three talented women working in a private detective agency in Los Angeles. The movie plot is still in the works, but Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott and Ella Balinska are set to star as the crime-fighting trio.
