A Nantucket home currently sits at the top of homes for sale in Massachusetts, and it comes with a $48 million price tag.
The home located at 20 21 22 Berkeley Avenue in Nantucket, has eight bedrooms, seven full baths, and four half baths.
“This iconic and storied waterfront compound, ‘Beam Ends,’ is located in Monomoy, where the view lines are endless,” the real estate listing said.
The home is located in complete privacy with a nearly four-acre property that is surrounded by vast conservation lands and the idyllic Nantucket “Creeks” for nearly a mile.
