This Is The Most Extra Burger You'll See All Day
I don't know about you, but I love a good burger. It's one of the best foods out there, and I always look for it on the menu at every restaurant I go to. So when I first saw The Truffleist's signature burger, I knew I had to see it in person. This thing is STACKED.
The Truffleist Burger starts with a prosciutto bun (it's baked into the bun) that's slathered with truffle mayo and a heap of caramelized onions. Next comes the two beef patties, each topped with melted mozzarella and ooey-gooey cheese sauce. Then comes the real show: fresh shaved truffles. I could watch truffles being shaved allll day. Last but certainly not least is the ball of fried burrata.

If you think that looks good, then you need to know about the cheesesteaks. They serve eight different kinds, including pizza, burrata, and one that's stuffed with fries. This place puts truffles on everything, so you can bet there's a truffle cheesesteak,. It's topped with truffle oil, cheese sauce, and even more shaved truffles.
But where my heart (usually) is, is with the fries. They have cheesy truffle fries that are sprayed with truffle oil, drenched in cheese sauce and finished with shaved and grated parmesan cheese. I ate them for breakfast and I have no regrets.

The Truffleist originally started selling truffle products, and you can get truffle anything, from honey to hot sauce to mustard. There's no fixed restaurant, but they have pop-ups at different markets all over NYC and one location in Philadelphia. From now until January, you can find them at the Winter Village in Bryant Park. If you can't make it by then, don't worry. Just check their website or Instagram to find out where they'll be next.
