We've seen some pretty crazy Corvette builds in the past, but this one might take the cake for most outrageous. It's a C7-generation Stingray that's been transformed into an over-the-top off-roader, complete with an external cage, a set of massive off-road tires, and a big wing. We're extremely into it.

The story of this hilarious car started in October 2019 when owner Mike Mauhdi picked up a partially disassembled C7 that was missing its front fenders, hood, and bumper. He quickly decided to remove the doors and build an external tubed skeleton that ran from the front bumper all the way to the rear. The stock wheel and tire setup has been replaced with a set of Forgestart M14 three-piece wheels with Kuhmo all-terrain tires, giving the car a comically muscular stance. Mauhdi's documented the entire build process on the car's own Instagram page. Being behind the wheel looks like a fun time:

Other upgrades to the car include a custom hood piece and a few bright LEDs slinked throughout the engine bay. Somehow, with the stock headlights fitted, everything just works. No, it's not elegant, but it is badass. As any good Corvette should be.
