Now an academy award winner, Rami Malek was always on the rise, and already had an impressive resume. Prior to his time with "Twilight", he'd already been in both "Night At The Museum" sequels as King Tut and had starred in "Larry Crowne" with Tom Hanks.
He was cast as the Egyptian coven vampire named Benjamin in "Twilight: Breaking Dawn-Part 2". It must've been a fun character to play, considering his powers controlled all four elements. Malek's stamp on the franchise is truly memorable.
Dakota Fanning
Dakota Fanning is one of the youngest women ever to be nominated for an academy award. She had already starred in films since she was a child, with other A List stars like Dustin Hoffman, Tom Cruise, and Brittany Murphy.
Fanning was cast as Jane, an evil vampire that could cause anyone pain with her mind. She ended up in four of the "Twilight" franchise films starting in "New Moon", scaring audiences with her red eyes. She was definitely one of the more dangerous vampires.
Lee Pace
Lee Pace has a long and accomplished theatre career with great television experience with shows like "Pushing Daisies". Moreover, Pace was already set to be in Peter Jackson's "The Hobbit" series.
Pace played Garrett, a vampire that had lived through many wars, and willing to go against another in "Twilight: Breaking Dawn-Part 2". He received praise from director Bill Condon and creator Stephenie Meyer. Most reviews credited him being the standout role of the film, further cementing his reputation in the biz.

Bryce Dallas Howard notoriously replaced Rachelle Lefevre as Victoria in "Twilight: Eclipse", a vampire scorned who built an army of newborns to kill Bella. The eldest daughter of legendary Hollywood director Ron Howard, her whole life has been an A-List catalog.
She started doing broadway right after college and starred in acclaimed films like Kenneth Branagh's adaption of "As You Like It".
Later she would also star in the Jurassic World franchise alongside Chris Pratt, vetting her as a franchise baddie.
