DETAILED FORECAST:
TONIGHT: Mostly cloudy and dry with temperatures slowly falling into the upper 30s.
TUESDAY: Partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies on Tuesday. Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Robert Gauthreaux says it will be a milder day with high temperatures in the upper 50s. Rain returns by late Tuesday night into early Wednesday morning. A few rumbles of thunder possible.
WEDNESDAY: Rain early Wednesday morning, but passing by the late morning as a cold front arrives. Temperatures begin the day in the low to mid 50s, but sharply drop as the front passes.
By Wednesday afternoon, we’re back in the 30s. As colder air crashes in, a snow flurry may be squeezed out before all of the moisture exits.
THURSDAY: Very cold Thursday morning. Lows in the lower 20s, wind chills in the teens. We’ll be partly cloudy during the day but high temperatures only rebound to the middle 30s.
FRIDAY: Cold in the morning, but temperatures make it back to the mid 40s for the afternoon. Partly cloudy skies and dry weather expected.
SATURDAY: Partly cloudy with a slight chance of showers by the afternoon hours. Cool with highs in the lower 50s.
SUNDAY: Partly sunny with a chance of showers. Highs in the mid to upper 40s.
