Mother-daughter team shares story to push distracted driving bill

A mother-daughter team is sharing their story in support of a Maryland bill that would use technology to send a photo of distracted drivers to violators in the mail. Liz Marks knew what she wanted to do after high school graduation. That never happened. On April 7, 2012, weeks before Marks' graduation, she crashed into the back of flatbed truck while she read a text message.
