Details: Mothers and wives of conscripted Sakhalin residents will create a women's public group to find out what the occupiers need at the front. This decision was made on 27 November, during the celebration of Mother's Day in Russia.

According to Meduza, the women themselves have come up with such an initiative. Valeriy Limarenko, Head of Oblast, was in favour of such an initiative. According to him, mothers and wives could take turns to go to Donetsk Oblast to provide "targeted and effective assistance, to make sure that the requests of the military are fulfilled accurately, and the parcels get to the addressees faster".

The project is being overseen and funded by Putin’s United Russia party.
