Motorcycle Chase Reached 140 MPH

A California motorcycle chase reached speeds of up to 140 miles per hour. California Highway Patrol says the driver was consistently going about 100 mph, with speeds topping out at 140. For the safety of other drivers, CHP suspended the ground chase and turned to a helicopter to keep up with the motorcycle. While stopped at a red light, a CHP cruiser pulled up to the suspect and knocked him off of his bike.
