The Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo is lining up several huge musical acts for its 2024 edition, including a Motown legend.

Since 1896, the FWSSR has brought 23 straight days of western life and Cowtown celebration. Next year’s festivities run from Jan. 12 to Feb. 3 at Dickies Arena and Will Rogers Memorial Center. Rodeo tickets are on sale now.

The FWSSR announced its auditorium entertainer series lineup on Monday, which includes Smokey Robinson, Motown legend and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame member. The series is hosted at Will Rogers Auditorium and tickets go on sale 10 a.m. Friday via Ticketmaster.

Sammy Kershaw: Jan. 12, 2024

Sammy Kershaw has been a part of the country music scene ever since the early ‘90s.

Kershaw released his debut album in 1991 titled “Don’t Go Near The Water” and has released over a dozen records since. The “She Don’t Know She’s Beautiful” singer releases his latest album in 2017 titled “Swamp Poppin’”.

Old Crow Medicine Show: Jan. 18, 2024

Old Crow Medicine Show has been ever present in the country and folk world since the late ‘90s.

The band has released numerous albums since forming in 1998, with their latest titled “Jubilee” released in August. The band won a Grammy for Best Folk Album for their 2014 effort — “Remedy” — and is nominated in the same category for “Jubilee” at 2024’s show.

Trace Adkins: Jan. 19, 2024

Country music legend Trace Adkins has been lighting up the charts since his debut in the mid-’90s.

Adkins has released over a dozen albums, including his latest in 2021 titled “The Way I Wanna Go”. The “You’re Gonna Miss This” singer has been nominated for multiple Grammy’s in his career.

Smokey Robinson: Jan. 20, 2024

Robinson and his band The Miracles were among the biggest acts ever to grace Motown Records in the ‘60s.

After going solo in the ‘70s, Robinson continued his long and storied career releasing over a dozen albums. The “Crusin’” singer was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1987.

Pam Tillis and Little Texas: Feb. 1, 2024

Pam Tillis and Little Texas are a pair of ‘90s country music icons.

Tillis has release over a dozen albums since 1983, with her most recent effort coming in 2020 titled “Looking for a Feeling”. Little Texas grew to huge acclaim in the ‘90s with hit songs such as “God Blessed Texas” and “What Might Have Been”.
