Mount Union to perform 'Urinetown' in March

University of Mount Union’s Department of Performing Arts will present “Urinetown the Musical” from March 21-24 in the Gallaher Black Box Theatre in the Kiese Center for the Performing Arts.
The show, a satirical musical comedy with music by Mark Hollmann and lyrics by Hollmann and Greg Kotis, is a sendup of greed, love and revolution, in a time when water is worth its weight in gold.
The show’s cast includes Vienne Anderson of Copley; Ethan Baker of Warren; Julia Bricker of Salem; Allie Darragh of Powell; Tori DeMeyer of West Union; Jenna Ebert of Lisbon; Tucker Gayhart of Massillon; Gavin Greathouse of Hartville; Madelyn Gordon of Canfield; Brianna Haddon of North Jackson; Schuyler Hollenback of Perrysville; Matthew Korver of Geneva; Grace Maslyk of Wadsworth; Caden Nicholson of Alliance; Kabiona Ramadhani of Cleveland; Marissa Scott of Winona; Seth Tackett of Rittman; Sally Renee Tausch of Salem; and Sofia Thornhill of Euclid.
Performances will be 7:30 p.m. March 21-23; and 2 p.m. March 24.
