Mountain Dew is bringing the heat to Hell for a free, one-night bash celebrating the town's new official drink Mountain Dew Flamin’ Hot on April 30.

Beginning at 3 p.m., the party will last until midnight and is open to all.

Reality TV star DJ Pauly D from "Jersey Shore" will burn it up on stage in a two-hour performance from 8-10 p.m. The menu for the event will be curated by American rapper and cookbook author Action Bronson, who will be on-site at 5:30 p.m. to talk to fans.

The event will take place at Hell Saloon, which is being renamed Sparky's Saloon for the day, located at 4095 Patterson Lake Road. Parking is located nearby at Pinckney Community High School, 10255 Dexter-Pinckney Road, with a free shuttle service available to transport guests to the event.

A representative of Hell Saloon said the staff is looking forward to the event, and they said Mountain Dew approached them to host. The bar will serve Mountain Dew Flamin’ Hot inspired mixology for fans 21 and over.

"We are excited and expecting it to be a lot of people," the representative of Hell Saloon said. "We are prepping and gearing up for everyone to come and have fun."

Some of that preparation includes ordering extra alcohol and accommodating the increased number of guests with more restrooms.

The party will also feature the Mountain Dew Flamin’ Hot Country Club, known to locals as the 18-hole putt putt course. Mountain Dew's website lists other activities, including raffles, local artists and gear giveaways.

Hell is an unincorporated community in Livingston County best known for its utter embrace of its name. Hell's Chapel of Love is a popular wedding destination for couples, and spook-themed attractions are scattered throughout the area.

People who sign up to be the unofficial mayor for the day are forewarned on the town's website: "Serve us well or we will impeach you the same day! Actually, what the Hell, we will impeach you anyway."
