It is not about me, it's about the team. If it was about me, it would have to be about the coaching staff of the month, because without the other guys, it wouldn't be also possible. So, this kind of thing, I never feel it as an individual awards. I always feel that belongs to the team, belongs to the results that we did. If we don't have three victories and one draw at Stamford Bridge in November, for sure we wouldn't have any chance to win. It's always about the team."

"Yeah, but to be honest with you, I didn't spend yet one single minute with Crystal Palace. Of course, I know many things about them, and one of the things of course is the quality of (Wilfried) Zaha. But you know, I do match per match tonight Antwerp is over, tomorrow morning we will start analysing Crystal Palace. But of course the players, the manager, the coaching staff, is basically the same as the previous season. We know them very, very well. We know how difficult it was for us to get the point there to qualify for the Europa League in the last match of the season. And for sure Sunday, they are going to try to win the match as they always do."

STORY: Tottenham Hotspur manager Jose Mourinho said his Manager of the Month award from the Premier League is a reflection of the hard work of everyone at Tottenham, with the club topping the Premier League.

Tottenham lead the standings on 24 points from 11 games, above champions Liverpool on goal difference and two points ahead of London rivals Chelsea.

And Mourinho has been rewarded with the prize, just the fourth time he has won it, despite landing three titles with Chelsea and leading Manchester United to a second-placed finish.

Spurs travel to Crystal Palace on Sunday (December 13) and speaking to the media after Spurs defeated Antwerp 2-0 in the Europa League, Mourinho said he was aware of the many threats posed by Roy Hodgson's side even though he had not had time to work on his plans.

"One of the things is the quality of (Wilfried) Zaha... The players, the manager, the coaching staff is basically the same as previous seasons," Mourinho said.

"They defend with lots of people and experience but they have quality in attack -- organised attack, counter-attack and set pieces. They are a team that can threaten in many different situations."
