Robert M. Gilmartin Jr.

Gilmartin has been a litigator for more than 20 years, handling asbestos, construction and pharmaceutical litigation, with experience in products liability, among other areas. He served as an attorney-member on a New Jersey Supreme Court District Ethics Committees from 2012 through 2016. Gilmartin earned his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Wake Forest University.

Marina G. McGuire

McGuire has more than 15 years' experience and focuses on products liability, and environmental and toxic tort litigation. She previously concentrated on defending large companies in complex litigation, including pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, in federal and state court. McGuire earned her law degree, cum laude, from New York Law School and her B.S. from the University of Scranton.

Afigo I. Okpewho-Fadahunsi

Okpewho-Fadahunsi has more than 15 years' experience litigating products liability, environmental and toxic tort matters, with an emphasis on appellate advocacy. She also defends media corporations, advertising agencies and product manufacturers in intellectual property, media and entertainment litigation involving copyright and trademark infringement, false advertising, right of publicity misappropriation and unfair competition claims. She earned her J.D. from Seton Hall Law and her B.A., cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany.

She focuses on employment law and civil rights law, practicing in New Jersey federal and state courts and handling a range of employment cases dealing with discrimination, whistleblower and retaliation claims via the Law Against Discrimination, Title VII, the Civil Rights Act, and the Conscientious Employee Protection Act.
