'Moving Along at a Pretty Good Clip!' Missouri River Ice Jam Breaks Up

An ice jam on the Missouri River in Jefferson City broke up on February 23, sending large chunks of ice down the river, according to the National Weather Service.

This footage show ice moving on the river near the Jefferson City Bridge.
