MSPD: Woman charged with domestic violence after shooting victim in the leg

MUSCLE SHOALS, Ala. (WHNT) – A woman was arrested Monday following an early morning shooting in Muscle Shoals, according to police.

Officers with the Muscle Shoals Police Department responded on Monday around 4:00 a.m. to a call about an ‘assault with a deadly weapon’ at a home on Aidan Lane.

Trial date for former officer charged with murder of Perkins set for November 2024

A victim sustained -non-life-threatening injuries, but is expected to make a full recovery.

Police said that 78-year-old Bonnie Redden Schean was charged with first-degree domestic violence assault, domestic violence reckless endangerment and interference with a domestic violence emergency call.
