How much do you know about the Kentucky Derby? Take this quiz to find out

The Kentucky Derby, the longest continuously running sporting event in the country, turns 149 years old this year and with that many races, there's a lot to know. For many, attending the Kentucky Derby is a bucket list item and people come from all over the world to watch the races at Churchill Downs.

But how much do you actually know about the famous horse race? Or the iconic pageantry surrounding the Run for the Roses?

For instance, did you know the length of the Kentucky Derby race is a mile and a quarter, or 10 furlongs? (Psst — a furlong is an eighth of a mile or 220 yards.)
