Multiple crews battle house fire in Cumberland County, five displaced

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– Multiple people are displaced following a house fire in Cumberland County.

Emergency crews were called for a fire that broke out around 6 p.m. on Saturday at a home along Howard Street in Enola, the East Pennsboro Fire Chief said. The home is split up into two apartments, one upstairs and one downstairs.

According to the chief, the fire ended up displacing five people, including two children. One firefighter reportedly suffered minor burns but there were no other injuries.

A cause is still under investigation, the chief said, and they are unsure where the fire started.
