No one hurt in house fire near West Olive

OLIVE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — No one was hurt in a Saturday evening house fire near West Olive.

The Ottawa County Central Dispatch Authority confirmed to News 8 that seven fire departments were working to put out a house fire at the intersection of Croswell Street and 136th Avenue just after 9:30 p.m.

The home was evacuated and no one was hurt, dispatch said.

The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage are unclear.

The fire remains under investigation.
