Muriel Engelman, hero and front-line nurse in WWII, dies at 101

Muriel Engelman, formerly Phillips, was a front-line nurse in World War II and completed her service in the army with the rank of second lieutenant. In 2018, Engelman was awarded the French Legion of Honor, the highest order of merit by the nation she helped to free from the grip of the Nazis. Sunday TODAY’s Willie Geist remembers a life well lived.
