A Voice of Her Own: Nova Singers
What: Nova Singers presents an entire program of women composers. From medieval wonder Hildegard of Bingen to 17th century prodigy Vittoria Aleotti to 19th century geniuses Fanny Mendelssohn Hensel and Clara Schumann to modern composers Abbie Betinis, Joan Szymko and Hyo-Won Woo, you will be astounded by the variety of this music.

The Little Mermaid
What: Directed by Monmouth theatre professor Vanessa Campagna, the stage adaptation of the 1989 Disney movie is a collaboration between the Monmouth College departments of theatre and music, the Buchanan Center for the Arts, the Galesburg Community Foundation and the United Way of Greater Warren County.
When: 7:30 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
