Korean American musician and content creator David Choi, who first started posting videos on YouTube in 2006, recently announced his latest project: a company that makes catchy, educational songs for children.
Choi made the announcement about Good Kids Company in a recent YouTube video.
"As you may or may not know, I have a daughter,” Choi says in the video. “I love this little girl, and to be honest, for so many years, I was in search for meaning and purpose and I was so uninspired, and I didn't like what I wrote, I didn't know who I was … and when this little girl was born, everything changed.”
Choi, 37, reveals that he became inspired to write songs for his 2-year-old daughter, Bijou, to teach her valuable lessons while also making her smile and dance. Near the end of his video, he shares the trailer for Good Kids Company, which features several animated characters such as Bibi, Raffy, Jimmy and Tia.
