Mustang's Jacobe Johnson, Moore's Marcus Dockins Jr. share COAC honors for Players of the Year

The Central Oklahoma Athletic Conference announced Monday its selections for the 2021 All-Conference football team.

Mustang junior Jacobe Johnson and Moore senior Marcus Dockins Jr. were named conference Players of the Year. Johnson was a star on both sides of the ball and helped the Broncos to the Class 6A-I semifinals. Dockins Jr. also was stellar offensively and helped Moore to a 7-3 record.

Deer Creek's Wade Standley was tabbed Coach of the Year. He will lead the Antlers against Bixby in the Class 6A-II state championship game at 7 p.m. Thursday. Stillwater was tabbed team champion.
