Mya Portz is University of Missouri Health Care's first baby of 2024

The birth of Mya Nicole Portz at 4:13 a.m. on Jan. 1 was University of Missouri Health Care's first baby of 2024. She was born in MU Women's Hospital.

Mya is the daughter of David Portz Jr. and Kim Curtis. Parents were doing well and looking forward to introducing Mya to her grandfather, David Portz Sr., who also was a New Year's baby.
