Myles Garrett undergoes LASIK eye surgery… again?

Look out world, defensive end Myles Garrett has the best vision of his life after getting LASIK. A snub from being named a Defensive Player of the Year candidate, Garrett could be set for new heights with new eyes and a new defensive coordinator who could best maximize his skillset. The year of Garrett could be coming in 2023 as he is the only player in the league with back-to-back 16-sack seasons.

The odd part, however, is that Garrett tweeted out a similar personal blast in May of 2022. Who knows? It could just be Garrett fulfilling an endorsement requirement, or it could just be a reminder of the success he has had since the last offseason.
