Myrtle Beach man charged with illicit acts involving a minor, police say

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — A Myrtle Beach man is facing sexual misconduct charges involving a minor.

David Edward Houde, 61, was booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center on Tuesday on a count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor under the age of 11.

Authorities said the incident happened in January, with the victim describing details during a forensic interview.
