NACSAR drivers take part in tire test at North Wilkesboro Speedway
NASCAR’s top driver took to the track for the first time at the new-look North Wilkesboro Speedway.
Select drivers took part in a Goodyear tire test at the track on Monday and Tuesday. NASCAR Cup Series drivers Austin Dillion, Tyler Reddick and Chris Buescher participated.
NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series drivers Zane Smith, Carson Hocevar and Corey Heim took part in Monday’s test.

After years of sitting empty, North Wilkesboro Speedway will host the 2023 All-Star Race on May 21. Channel 9 visited the track last month, where more than 150 people have been working 12-hour days to prepare the track.

Around 24,000 people are expected to attend the race.
