PORTSMOUTH – The law firm of McLane Middleton announced that attorney Laura B. Dodge has been admitted to the Maine State Bar.

Dodge is a corporate attorney in the Real Estate Practice Group.  Her practice involves representing individuals and businesses in various commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisition and sales, financing, leasing, landlord/tenant matters, easements, title work, condominium formation and governance, and land use, including planning, zoning and permitting.  She also counsels clients in respect to litigated real estate and land use matters.

In addition, Dodge is the Vice Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group and Vice Chair of the New Hampshire Bar Association, Real Property Law Section.  She currently serves on the Board of Directors of local non-profit organizations, participates in various community service activities and volunteers her time on pro bono matters. DURHAM – Sharla Rollins, First Seacoast Bank Vice President, Branch Administrator announced the addition of Cathi Temple as Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager. Temple brings over 18 years of banking experience in Financial Services, management, and mortgage lending.

As a Seacoast native for the past 15 years, Temple loves getting involved with the community and has been involved with many organizations in the past including the Newmarket Business Association, Charter Member of the Kingston Lions Club and Seacoast Board of Realtors.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending the summer boating on the beautiful lakes of New Hampshire.

Temple is a welcomed addition to First Seacoast Bank and will manage our exceptional retail team located at our Durham branch located at 7A Mill Road.

LACONIA – Bank of New Hampshire announced the promotion of James Glover to Vice President - Retail Banking Regional Manager.

In his new role Glover will work closely with the managers and oversee strategic operations in Dover, Gilford Lakeshore, Gilford Village, Laconia, Moultonborough, Ossipee, Rochester and the Customer Service Center.

Glover joined Bank of New Hampshire in 2018 as Vice President – Laconia Banking Office Manager. Glover has over 18 years of banking experience with a broad knowledge of retail banking, business banking and wealth management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Bryant University. He is a strong supporter of his local community, and has volunteered his time as a youth sports coach in the Town of Gilford, is currently a member of the Gilford Recreation Commission, is a member of the St. Andre Bessette Parish Finance Council and has served many years as a board member for Dockham Shore Estates.

Northeast Credit Union promotes three

PORTSMOUTH — Northeast Credit Union announced the promotion of three employees. Each brings extensive experience to their respective roles which will further position Northeast for continued growth and accelerate the credit union’s mission to enrich and nourish the lives of their members, employees, and community.

Stephanie Koch, Vice President, Risk Management.  In this role, Koch will develop and execute Northeast’s Enterprise Risk Management strategy to assess and prepare for dangers and losses, protecting both members and the credit union as a whole. She will build risk management capabilities within the organization, and lead the Compliance, Financial Crimes, and the Business Risk Offices. Prior to her promotion, she was Northeast’s AVP Risk where she provided outstanding service to the enterprise, internal customers, and members. Koch shared about her new role, “I look forward to continuing to grow and develop our Risk function while collaborating with every department as consultant and partner.”

Chris Saucier, Vice President, Mortgage Lending & Payment Resolution is now leading the Payment Resolutions team, as well as the Mortgage Lending team. His focus will be on optimizing efficiencies, automating processes, and continuing to elevate the member experience. Saucier shared, “I am thrilled for this opportunity to expand my overall knowledge and continue to grow.  I look forward to providing support and guidance to the payment resolution department while learning more from the team’s expertise.”

Rich Lipari, Vice President, Operations and Business Intelligence & Automation.  In this new role, Lipari will continue to work with the Operations Leadership team to execute Northeast’s operations strategy which oversees Card & ATM Operations, Deposit Processing, Support Operations, and the addition of Business Insights in partnership with the AVP Data Analytics on data strategy and execution. He will also develop and execute an automation strategy with key stakeholders throughout the credit union. “I am excited with the opportunities that the expanded focus on Business Insights, Data, and Automation brings in facilitating and bridging the gaps in accomplishing our strategic initiatives throughout the organization. These efforts will allow us to positively impact our mission, members, and communities.” said Lipari.
