PORTSMOUTH — Northeast Credit Union announces the hiring of Ryan Grace as Vice President of Brand. Ryan will be responsible for leading the Marketing team while developing brand strategies to promote growth and expansion. He will also ensure the broader marketing strategy supports the credit union’s short and long-term business objectives and delivers on the mission to enrich and nourish the lives of Northeast’s members, employees, and communities they serve.

“As a strategic and creative leader, Ryan is already making an impact with our brand development and with the team he is leading,” Chris Parker, President and CEO of Northeast, shared. “We’re excited to leverage his vast experience as we shape the future of the credit union,” he concluded.

Ryan brings over 10 years of experience in building multinational brands in the consumer goods industry, including roles at Keurig Dr Pepper, Lindt, and Mars. Before working in the private sector, he proudly served in the US Army as a military intelligence officer after graduating from Duke University.  Ryan grew up on the New Hampshire seacoast and is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy. He now lives in the area with his wife and two young sons.

Sean Roth Joins Northwestern Mutual

PORTSMOUTH — Sean Roth has joined leading financial security company Northwestern Mutual – Portsmouth as financial representative, effective March 6, 2023.

In his new role, Roth will join a team of specialists offering a wide array of products. In offering comprehensive financial planning, he will provide expert guidance and innovative solutions for a variety of financial needs and goals.

Before joining Northwestern Mutual, Roth was a regional manager for Gibb’s Garage Bar in Portsmouth, New Hampshire & Tailgate Tavern in Stratham, New Hampshire.

Roth resides in Nottingham, New Hampshire and is a native of Greenwood Lake, New York. He holds his Life, Accident, and Health License in New Hampshire, New York, and New Jersey.

West joins Room for Love Board

SEACOAST — Delise West and her husband Greg have a passion for giving back to the community. She learned about Room For Love (RFL) after reading an article in the newspaper. West and her husband Greg, owner of Greg West Photography, had been searching for a non-profit to which they could donate Greg’s 25-plus years of professional architectural photography services. “After reading the news article in 2021 about RFL I contacted Karen Kulberg, the founder for RFL, to see if they were working with a professional architectural/interior photographer,” said West. “Karen said they were taking their own pictures so Greg and I knew we could make an immediate impact. Greg photographs both commercial buildings and residential homes inside and out so I knew that his images would aid in RFL’s marketing and fundraising efforts.”

In 2023 the RFL Board asked West if she would like to join their board. “I was so honored when Karen asked me to join the board. Working with a board who cares so passionately about helping children made saying “yes” very easy.”

Room For Love’s (RFL) mission is to Lovingly create rooms for children to positively boost their enthusiasm and outlook on life. RFL is made up of a charitable group of volunteers who create magical spaces for children with health issues, special needs, economic hardship, etc. Having a special place for children to grow is crucial to their development.  A child's bedroom should be place of comfort and a reflection of identity.

In the last 10-plus years, she has demonstrated tremendous success in multi-million-dollar residential property sales on the coasts of Maine and New Hampshire. She is a 30-year member of the seacoast communities and served on the Board of Directors for Seacoast NH Habitat for Humanity. Chase is an active member of the Strawberry Banke Community Gardens.

With 25 years of regional, national, and international real estate industry experience and a focus on Seacoast Maine and N.H. since 2007, Nadeau offers a broad range of value-added services beyond those of a traditional broker, including highest and best use analysis, waterfront and municipal permitting, and estate / land planning. He has lived in Southern Maine and Seacoast N.H. for over 35 years.

DOVER — The Certified Public Accounting firm of Leone, McDonnell & Roberts, PA announce the hiring of Client Accounting Specialist Dawn Pomerleau and Administrative Assistant Stephanie Snow to the team.

Client Accounting Specialist Dawn Pomerleau joined the team in February to provide bookkeeping, QuickBooks set up and management, and other wrap-around services to clients. She brings a wealth of experience to the firm having worked for 13 years as an office manager/bookkeeper for a local firm. Pomerleau attended Great Bay Community College studying both accounting and information technology. Born and raised in Hooksett, Pomerleau currently resides in Rochester with her two sons. Outside of the office, she enjoys crafting, being outside, and traveling.

Stephanie Snow also started at Leone, McDonnell & Roberts in February, joining the firm’s administrative team. She grew up in western Massachusetts and, after losing everything in a devastating fire, she and her partner decided to move to Portsmouth for a fresh start. Prior to joining the firm, Snow gained valuable skills working as an administrative assistant at an elementary school, as a 911 dispatcher and as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).
