Ruffner Real Estate LLC. realtor obtains Military Relocation Professional Certification

EXETER — Hali Nash, a realtor with Ruffner Real Estate LLC., recently obtained the Military Relocation Professional Certification from the National Association of Realtors.

Nash has family members and friends in the military and has always had a deep respect for their service. “Overall, military families can move so many times that they can feel isolated in new communities,” Nash said. “It can be hard to find a way to show you appreciation to them and this certification seemed like a perfect way for me to help during what can be a stressful time.”

Through the training, she became more familiar with the processes and procedures involved in a military relocation and how these impact service members’ relocation and housing choices. She is also well-versed in how VA financing works.

“Sometimes permanent change of station orders are given suddenly and my hope is that I can provide these service members and their families peace of mind and someone to lean on during what can be a very stressful time,” she said.

Nash lives in Exeter and has been a realtor with Ruffner Real Estate LLC for the past six years.
