Nanuet Pets Up For Adoption: Duke, Taylor, Simon & More

Do you want to add a new member to your family and do something good for the world at the same time? Consider adopting a dog, cat or other kind of pet from a local shelter. Despite the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, many local animals are still looking for their forever homes and shelters still working to fulfill adoptions.

Across New York, there are thousands of dogs, cats and other animals of all ages and sizes without a home — and many are located near you. In the search for your new fur child, consider looking around at a local animal shelter like A Better English Setter Rescue, where Margaret the dog is waiting patiently. If you aren't sure if you have time to take care of a pet year round, many shelters also offer opportunities to foster pets until they are placed.
